BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 5502 Brainerd Road being off the southwest line of Brainerd Road at the intersection of Spring Creek Road and Viston Avenue. Lots D and 93, Brainerd Bend Addition, as shown by plat of record in plat book 10, page 47, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 1605, page 464, ROHC, and deed book 1840, page 539, ROHC. Tax Map No. 157N-L-2 and 3. from R-2 Residential Zone to O-1 Office Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Sight-obscuring screen along the south property line in accordance with the provisions of Article V, Section 1024.(7)(c) of the Chattanooga Zoning Ordinance. 2. All existing easements are retained.
